That doesn't look like just any candy cab door, specifically it looks like a door off a Sega Versus City. Blast City and Astro City have different doors.

Does it have the hardware for the door hinge on the back side of it or is it just the plastic?

most likely 1 player side of sega versus city (has hole for cashbox)

On the side that connects to the cabinet. If there is a cylindrical rod like this it would be very useful to me
