For a lot of classic Nintendo arcade cabinets the base is quite beaten up. In this video Chance shows you our over-engineered solution to restoring the bottoms of these cabinets.

Awesome - I ended up building a base for a DK cab I got from Newfie a while back, and I used pretty much the exact same process you did.
Make 'em rock solid ;-)

Yep, same way I build the bases on the Nintendo cabinets I build. The originals have lasted 30 years so they can't really be all that bad though.
