Re: Looking into Candy Cabs, don't know where to start

The Blast City was listed at $2k and had a visibly cracked housing near the top marquee. It took much longer to sell. Was stuck at $2k for quite a while so maybe it took time for the seller to find someone to bite at that price... That was me :) It did eventually sell for $1250. The initial price w...

FS: Raiden arcade PCB (JAMMA)

I have an original Raiden board for sale, see pic. I no longer have a cabinet so can't test, but it was working last time it was used (several years ago) - only issue is the sound never worked in my cabinet (I believe it needs -5V so there can be problems on Aero City, Blast City, stuff like that). ...

Empty Crisis Zone cabinet on street in Toronto

There was an empty Crisis Zone cabinet on the street in Toronto at Broadview and Erindale behind the building on the north east corner. No monitor, guns missing, marquee and cabinet looked in decent condition in the glance I had on my way by. That was about 2 hours ago, can't say it's still there bu...

FS: Sega Blast City cabinet

Kind of an interest check as I'm considering selling my Sega Blast City cabinet. It needs a new family that won't neglect it as much as I do Asking $2000, cabinet is located just east of downtown Toronto Details: - Works! - Had a new-old-stock straight from Sega marquee cover installed (think it ran...

too bad they don't carry the generic "Versus City" CPOs like the ones on Akihabara have.

I have a 300dpi scan of the VC CPO artwork for 1L6B panels if you want to try to get it reproduced. It'd need some photoshop work to get cleaned up for printing though

Never looked for a similar part, but there's a Home Hardware on College downtown near Spadina that stocks a lot of electronic components. Might try looking them up and giving them a call.

Whoa whoa whoa, throw in an extra button?! Like, drill one in? 2L6B panels are kinda rare, especially if that one isn't rusted out. Also, that shaftless stick on the ground is a Seimitsu (likely LS32) You could always hook a PS2 up to it with a little bit of work, limits you to games that on...

Trust me, it crossed my mind ;P I've got leads on some others, but they're asking quite a bit.
