Wow, it must be at least two years since I've posted. I guess I just don't add to the collection much anymore. I picked up a dozen 2600 games on my way to the Cape Breton Highlands for the long weekend, and am just getting home now. The usual commons, save for the four I needed :D Gas Hog Challenge ...

Stopped by Blockbuster since it was next to the bank and picked up a couple of new games for $20 each: We Love Katamari PS2 and The Simpsons Game Wii. Not sure which to play first, but I can't get KD's music out of my head right now so maybe that's a sign!

Haven't posted in ages, let alone found anything in the wild! NES Bonk's Adventure - came in from ebay actually, but that brings me down to 4 licensed games needed. Damn Stadium Events! Bought a 2600 lot from a guy, and to my surprise the console was a heavy sixer ! Didn't have a power supply so I'l...

So I've been away for a while (being poor will do that), but I've got a small amount of money to spend on myself these days. :)

Ebayed me a boxed copy of P'radikus Conflict for NES. Seeing recent prices for the games I need almost makes me cry.

Yeah, that's pretty nuts. People have really jumped on the "let me make a quick buck because all the rich kids' parents need to buy it for Christmas" bandwagon. My friend was in Superstore the other day buying some cables, when he spotted a returned 360 on the counter. He instantly picked it up for ...

My friend was telling me about this game. I don't normally play current gen stuff, but seeing as it includes some tracks from SMK I think I have to make an exception!

I don't drink coffee, so since they practically doubled the price of timbits last year I haven't stepped foot inside. Plus they don't bake the donuts freshly anymore if I'm not mistaken.

It's the 80s series that I'm interested in info on: http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000AQKU6S/qid=1133496968/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_18_1/701-0322914-2194748 There's almost no info on it. All that I've been able to find is a bit of info on the Australian release, which is not the same as we got. And ...

Astroboy DVDs

So I recently celebrated a birthday with a few of my closest (drunken) friends, and they got me some nice goodies, including the complete Astroboy DVD collection (1980's series). I've searched the net and have found out very little about this release, so if anyone here has more info, or can point me...

All those Quebec beers taste like shite too imo. what beers are those? Labatt? yeah labatt tastes like shite, but they own Keith's. as for good tasting quebec beers... There's Unibroue (now owned by sleemans) Boreale (anyone of them), and McAuslan. all of those are microbreweries I'm talking about ...

Marge: I'd like your attention, please. Homer: Quiet Marge! This is my big moment! Bart the Bloody Pulp Simpson is on the ropes. He's hoping I'll put him out of his misery. Wow, you're in luck Bart! Here comes my right! [Marge pulls the plug] Oh, no!!!! My game! My game! I could've beat the boy! Mar...

Holy crap, a post that I'm all about! I'm willing to try anything twice, but as a somewhat elitist beer drinker I try to avoid anything American or made by Molson. Living in Halifax, you either love Keith's or hate it. I personally like it. Everyone says that Guinness is heavy, but it's not. It actu...

If I had more money (and a working paypal account - their customer service is complete shite) I'd be all over that Dragon Warrior strategy guide. :D

Good to see those things are still worth something though. See, I wasn't wasting space all those years!

It would be cool to see the Mini Bosses play, but by all accounts The Advantage kick the crap out of all others. Their new album drops soon too!
