I use printing house here in hamilton they do a good job - I usually make sure they do colour matching to make sure I get the right colours.
Reverse vinyl in plexi has cost me $150 so not cheap but I'm happy with the end result.

Finally got around to playing one of these. Damn, what a great and unique game! Now I get what the fuss is about. Anyone got one for sale? If all else fails there's a virtual version that'll play on any windows machine so you could build your own. http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?showtopic=31052
