You can actually buy rolls of foil tape for repairing circuit boards. It just sticks down and you can solder right to it.

Doesn't matter what the actual shipping cost is there is nothing stopping a seller from charging you whatever they want for handling charges which are included in the shipping as per the shipping details. I played ROD on my mame cab using an Xarcade controller with trackball and it worked fine. Just took a little getting used to.

You can pickup a RPi 3 for $45CDN. The great thing with the Pi setups is you can switch out the SD cards and totally change their functionality with a new image.
