That was fast, must have been $100 for the whole lot, but you have to take it all.

Re: FOUND: Galaga 88
That is great news looking for something and finding it in less than 30 days. I'm still looking for things that have had more units than Galaga 88 for years.

Re: arcade 1up machines almost here... price drop now $399 CAD
I used to assemble ikea furniture and I wouldn't trust the lack side table with anything more than 20lbs. Now if only i could find some cheap risers -- 70 is too much for basically a small box. Will probably just get those ikea end tables for $10 I have been keeping my ear to the ground on the Arca...

Re: Moonwalker sound & graphics glitch
So I just looked at my Shadow Dancer board and IC17 on mine has TMM2018AP-35 in there. So that is something that can be used. I checked a few of my PCB, and there is a ton on a Cabel board that have, invact it's both CXK5814P-35L and TMM2018 used as it seems, interchangeably. Mine is fully working, ...

Re: Moonwalker sound & graphics glitch
It only test the program ROMs, but it may be the video ram after all now that I think about it. I have a Shadow Dancer board that had a bad ram chip at IC 42 that cause most of the spites to disappear. The chip you have at IC17 is a Sony CXK5814 and a cross reference part is a Toshiba TMM2018 and ma...

Re: NNC noob in need of help!
Does the monitor power on? The NNC has on screen adjustments and the buttons for that are under the control panel in the center. If the monitor is powering on, you'll see the OSD. The only other thing would be to follow the power from where the mains enter the cabinet, see if it makes it to the powe...

Re: Moonwalker sound & graphics glitch
Just a shot in the dark, did you validate the ROM chips? I had garbled PCM sound on CPS1 board and found that the ROM with the samples didn't check. The garbling went away when I re-burned them.

Re: Vewlix clone to Vancouver (costs & procedures)
- The seller also said that in order to avoid custom issues, that they would remove the word 'Taito' from the Vewlix clones, and they would ship the Pandora's Boxes separately. Have you guys heard of any issues like this before? I told the rep that they can ship it together...but I've never heard o...

http://www.arcadechips.com/product_info.php?cPath=27_21&products_id=117 :D Thanks, it's awfully expensive since you have to buy $15 worth, then pay $15 for shipping, and in USD. Oh well, if anyone is interested, I will soon have a couple extra UM6116K-3 sitting around, also an extra 68000 12mhz...

Do they have a snow date?
I had had a good time there last year, I've been looking forward to it again. I'll be there.

Didn't even notice that, I saw two colours that are correct and in a group. Usually, these are just replace with what ever is sitting around. I'll put them in the correct spot when I'm done.

Re: My ongoing experience buying a Candy Cab
Really I'm having a hard time off loading some of the NNC I'm getting. Did you final open up the crate? Sorry for the lack of updates, got busy, and the two have been sitting there, I haven't got them into the house yet. I did get the one for the NNC open, gave it a good cleaning, there are some sc...
