Pac-Man uses 2532 eproms, they are a bit harder to find, and watch out as your GQ-4X doesn't write 2532A eproms. Standard Pac-Man board uses 6 of them. Ms Pac-Man has two more on the daughtercard, and a 2716. The number of after the dash in 2732-20 is usually the speed of the eprom in nanoseconds. T...

The only difference is the programming voltage. Once programmed, they are interchangeable.

MB8532 should be pin compatible with a 2732, so you can just purchase some 2732 eproms. Just make sure that is what is actually on your board first, sometimes schematics don't actually match. 2732 eproms are quite common, you shouldn't have any problem finding some on eBay or from an arcade parts se...
