I saw online some people have no hacked the NES MINI to play almost the entire NES library.
Super cool...like I said when I played it I really enjoyed it. I think that it was "official" was kinda cool.
No doubt a Raspberry Pi is bad ass! I have two, I love em.
I love the idea of a console inspired case, but the ones I've found are like $50! F**K THAT!
Cant pay more for a case than I did for the Pi.
I like my Retron5. I ordered some generic from China NES, SNES, and GENESIS game pads.
I actually spent quite a bit of time getting an SD card ready with a ton of ROMS. Only to
find out the Retron5 didn't like my ROM sets and played nothing.
(now I'm in the process of doing the SD card over)
Despite the many devices that do the same thing I'd still like the NES MINI. But I wont be spending time hunting it down.
When (if) they become available and I can relatively easily get one online for retail I will.
So.....the NES mini has now been hacked to run more games
