Very hard to tell - looks like a fighting game like Street Fighter in a conversion cab.....

Well it looks like a neo geo cabinet, think I saw one of the metal slugs. The Taito logo throws me off a bit. Here's an image.

Maybe it's a multi-board rotating through the available games (from the Taito logo), and they just decided to have 4 buttons on their cab or something.....
The curved marquee reminds me of a Robocop or Bad Dudes cab......
