I think its a joke... They store gold they dont actually store game consoles.

I feel like we as a society treat consumer goods way worse than most other cultures. If you want something good and old that has been taken care of or properly restored, the Japanese have you covered. Places like this remind me of Kenrick Sound and their hoarding of classic JBL speakers. Nothing wrong with it, other than that it isn't my hoard
