Update 06/10/16:
This has now become a paypal claim.

Update 06/11/21:
Hurray!! PayPal decided this in my favour. I have sent his junk back.
Although I will see none of the money as PayPal will keep $25 for the service I did this out of principal.
This seller did leave me negative feedback in which he calls me an idiot and a liar.

Update 06/12/02:
Got my money from PayPal today. This is all behind me now.
This was an ordeal and if anyone wants to know the hoops PayPal makes you jump through feel free to PM me and I will pass on the info.
