Also if I do decide to open up a store (which is still quite possible) Im cool with giving discount as well.

I hope it's ok for a newbie to post to a thread that's almost a year old.

Would you be interested in reviving this idea if I took care of the incorporation costs (name search, articles, registration in the province of ON or federally)?

The hardest part would be determining the initial board members and creating a responsible reporting authority (accounting to the other members of the group) without regular in-person board meetings.

Probably not. There are some plans in the works already but that level of organization is far too complex for this group at this point :) Thanks for your interest though!
