Windows 10 Automatic Update

i had that damn windows 10 update on one of my computers automatically and it installed wrong and i couldn't get the start menu to even open so i had to repair that before i could roll it back to 7 professional. oh boy was it slow too. i hate 10 and i use it daily on another computer of mine but it came with it and 10 seems to keep the cpu pegged at 100% use most of the time. it sucks.
