He should have put the cap in reverse if he wanted a more impressive result.

Kids nowadays are spoiled. All we had when I was a kid were matches.....
Donkey Kong, Burgertime, Galaga, Pac-man, Ms.Pac-man, Missile Command, Robotron, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, Arkanoid, Tempest, Raiden, Tetris

I was waiting to see if he tested to see if the 9V batteries were good by touching them to his tongue.

yeah and banks here had baskets full of free matches back in the day.... :D now all you get is a pen.
