Monitors are measured diagonally, but given those rough overshot measurements it appears to be a 13".

According to Pythagorean Theorem, the measurements are definitely close to 13" diagonal (square root of 10^2 + 8^2 = 12.8 to be exact )

Can the mask under the glass be modified? Or is it adhered to the glass?

Cheers to mike for bringing this out for me. True gentleman!!

Now for the hard part! The board is missing and the edge connector is shorter than jamma....

Monitor comes on, looks to even be colour!!

But now what?? I have never seen non edge connector!!

The bottom of it looks to be reconditioned professionally. Legs removed, replaced with a larger base that kinda wants to look legit, made to handle a larger coin box, maybe... but its some semi pro job... tho i am unsure they would want to ditch the original legs.. There is some magic marker inside that says "NO BOOSTER" and unfortunately all the taito logos are scratched out... on each control panel and missing from the glass!

Its like it was a repurposed taito cab!
