Glass sizes for cabs?

I know very few collectors want to do LCD retrofits, but the era of tube monitors is almost dead.
We have been doing retro's for a few years but in order to expand the offerings, need to know the size of the glass in front of the monitors to create the custom metal bezels. For Example off road thunder, Pac man, Mortal Kombat etc..
If you have the time and can supply the size of any the glass size (Horiz and vertical) for any and all cabs I will compile a list. Please let me know the size of the existing monitor.
