Gonna Build Some Cabinets, Which Would You Prefer?

So I have a itching to make some cabinets, might make them multi but I'm not sure yet. Just feel like making some. I don't want full size as I've done those to death and they're rather boring to make at this stage of my life.

So...I was toying with making more cabaret DK style cabs like before or some 2/3 sized Nintendo and Midway cabinets.

I made some smaller Nintendo cabinets for a member here and they looked pretty cool, thinking the Midway might be cool as well.

Thoughts? Cabaret or scaled down?

Capcom Cutes would be awesome as heck... they are beauties. Not sure how challenging they would be. Can see some ways one could pull it off - but they won't be easy. I like the cabaret sized stuff because it isn't as common and seems to take up less space, so you can integrate one into a room a bit easier. But that is just a matter of opinion. I had contemplated a 3/4 scale build, but a cabaret was much more appealing personally.

That cabaret in the link is wicked cool. Those would be a hit I would think. I've even lusted over a few like that.

I think DK style for sure and I really like the Tempest style as well. These would be perfect multicade cabs.

I like the Capcom but would have to think that one through.

The tempest style cabaret is the same a dig dug and centipede.

I've had lots of those. The cabs are actually deep than a full size centipede. But not as tall or wide.

Ok, I'll be making some DK cabaret cabs as well as a few Pac-man cabaret cabs. The Tempest/Centipede cabs will be made as well but do they need to be full depth? Was thinking people want these for multicades not original replacements. I was thinking making them the same depth as a DK cabaret so 23-5/8", there is plenty of room for lcd screens with that depth.

I'd be interested in a Tempest/Centipede and possibly DK as well, would you be doing them up as flat packs or fully built? Ball park on how much you'd be asking?

I've always been a fan of the Neo 29 candy cabs as well.

Might be easier since there aren't curved edges.
