Need Assistance (Mario Bros) M58715 Sound Chip

I have a Mario Bros with a sound issue I'm trying to fix.

I need a replacement M58715 chip (8035 with built in ROM) but would rather not purchase one chip from the US and get charged insane shipping for a $4.00 part. I would then have to ship it to someone that can program it as well.

Anyone in Canada able to help?

That chip doesn't contain ROM, you need to flash the 2732 at 6k with a patched image to use it.

I am aware, the patched rom is on the Twisty Wrist site, I linked it already. I can't burn it myself.

I can mail you a programmed 2732 if that will help, but I don't know where to get the 8039.
