Street fighter 2 Machine Champion Edition

Postby Q B » Fri May 04, 2018 11:42 pm

so I don't mean to be an ASKHole. I definitely want to get one sometime this summer. What would I be looking at in cost. I would probably hire someone from here to restore it but I do want the original body and most likely will need to be refurbished (wrong terminology probably) but you know what I mean. Made to look new. The marquee and design layout of champion edition is more attractive to my eye than the SF2 but I'm sure If it was sf2 only I could get the reproduction graphics etc. So yeah. What should I expect to be paying for one?

Thanks yall.

What style of cabinet do you want? If you want an original big blue cab, you're gonna be over 1000 pretty quickly for one in good shape.

if you want a more generic HS5 style cabinet, you might find one under 1000
I want more games...

I appreciate the 3-Koam Z-back and was lucky enough to find one (Oct. 2012) for my SF2:HF. Still needs side-art. *sigh*

I can't say I remember playing on too many Z-back when I was growing up. It was usually HS2/HS5 or some bastardized cabinet. If I had the room and the clearance to bring a big blue down my place I would love to own one just for nostalgia otherwise my little vewlix scratches all my itches :D

I had an actual serial numbered champion edition cab last year. Was an hs5 with "Street fighter 3" (name Dynamo put before they knew it was champ edition), notice the year. It is now sold. I have 3 or 4 similar Dynamo cab if you need one. Image
