Leg Leveler Mounting Plates

Does anyone in Ontario/Canada sell leg leveler mounting plates that doesn't need to put in an order to the US first?

If arcade parts aren't handy, can't you simply buy metal plates from the hardware store, drill holes (if not already pre-drilled) and add a nut or two for the leveler? Not factory or pretty but functional and inexpensive.
