Keychains

As of late a few small projects have been populating my time.
It's quite funny the amount of satisfaction I get from checking this small projects off the list.
It could be as simple as change a BIOS setting on one of my MAME PC's...it's just good to get it done.
One of the projects was something I saw back on KLOV long, long ago.
Somebody was making these keychains just using stock artwork and these inexpensive acrylic keychains easily found on eBay.
Anyway I decided I'd make a few myself.
So I'm unsure which ones I'll go with in the end, if not perhaps using one image on one side, the other on the other side.
I need keychains for my DK, DK JR, Mario Bros, Bad Dudes and Final Fight.

EDIT - I like the Nintendo Black Box art, but I think for DK (like I did for DK JR & Mario) I'll end up using arcade related artwork.
In the concept art I used the NES box art for Bad Dudes, in the end I found the image without all the Nintendo logos, etc which I like better.
Final Fight is simply the CPO artwork which I quite like.
Nice little cheap, inexpensive project....which in someways is pointless as all machines share the same keys anyway.

Yeah, I've made keychains for my games as well. But I simply used the flyers: https://flyers.arcade-museum.com/

Ordered 25x32mm's from a Canadian distributor via epay: https://www.ebay.ca/usr/wky8525

These photos were done in 2011 so I don't have all these games anymore. Keychains are great for keeping keys organized since mine are all different.

Bought a bunch of those keychains a few years ago with this intent but looking for a sheet image with a bunch of arcade images on it. No colour printer but I could get Staples to print some off for me. The effect is quite satisfying.

I'm just putting the images onto a 5"x7" and sending to Costco or Walmart to be honest.
I've never really been given an issue in the past.

It's a nice, simple, inexpensive project no doubt.

Long ago a user on here posted about these remote controls that people use for Christmas lights.
I remember going to Costco and picking up 2, I use them to power on all my arcades (as suggested by said CGCC'r)..... Love Em!
I'd like to work on a custom keychain for these also.
That way I can indicate what number turns on what machine.

I purchased a bunch if these many years ago from the fellow on klov also. I tried printing out my own at staples but they came out like crap and hey did not have the card stock i needed.

Did you use 300 for the dpi?
did you print these out on cardboard stock or plain printer paper?

300 DPI, yes.
I'm just sending the prints to Costco or Walmart.
An image this small I'm sure would look good either way.
I'm not overly fussy about it, but I've printed out tons of stuff prior @ 72/100 DPI on a small scale and it looked OK.
I'll just have them printed on stock photo paper and double them up front and back.
I'm sure they will be fine.

Game flyers work well, I personally chose to put the side art of the game, or at least as best as I can find in my search, and then just the black and white logo on the back of the company that made the game.

They look good @ChanceKJ.

My keychains just arrived. So this week I'll get the photos printed up and get these suckers done.
I'll post pics when done.
