Any chexx gurus in here *machine not loading *

My machine seems to have stopped working.

When i fire it up it makes the gurgling sound but no charge anthem.

Can't start a game. Can't do anything.

Sometimes if i turn it on and off a bunch of times the charge anthem will play and it will work fine as long as i keep it on.

Any ideas where to start?

If there are socketed ROMs on that PCB, I'd start by reseating them. It sounds like a problem where a ROM walked out of its socket over time as it heats/cools.
