Sadly i cant suggest anything other than gutting an Arcade 1up cabinet and putting in MAME guts.
There is a somewhat seedy place called Auctionmaxx in the Toronto/Etobicoke area that sells overstock and/or returned units at about 50% off, but it's a bit of crap-shoot.
I have seen a few sealed in box there, but i am sure someone here may have a cabinet for you.

I have a gutted star wars cabinet that I would let go for $150. The left side is original art in decent shape and the right side is a full vinyl replacement (which is why I would want $150 for a gutted cab). The other thing is the front panel opens since I had intended to make this a swappable setup with other controls stored inside. Anyways, if you are interested I can send some pics.
There is also an unpopulated control panel with it with star wars art.
