Pcb transistor question C1447 2B

I have a pcb with a bent transitor where the leg is broken off in a way that can't be jumped.

The part number is C1447 2B

In searching around I find a lot of other 1447s. But I'm not sure what the 2B stands for. Is it significant? Where can a replacement be bought from?

The 2B is likely just the manufacturer designation, as it usually is on all sorts of components and many other transistors.

You simply need an equivalent transistor to this

DItto what Ken said - it's just a manufacturing code - in general anything after the model number on any component can be ignored.
