SNES Mini at Walmart

Well, just looking at the latest Walmart flyer and they are advertising the new SNES Mini for $99.99...

For sh!ts & giggles, I called up the Walmart in Waterdown to see if they have any... LOL.

The lady said that they are expecting them to arrive this evening and will be put on sale tomorrow morning and that people have already said that they will be arriving at 6am. A ticket program and one per person policy will be in force.

Let the madness begin!

I saw in the Toys R Us flyer that each store would have a minimum of 50 units and it was one per person. I thought that was pretty reasonable?

The coolest thing about this is it's including Star Fox 2. It's the only reason I would consider getting one. But I don't feel like fighting crowds for one or spending that much, so I'll probably only get one if some kid sells it at a garage sale.

I really wished they would have worked out the legalese to include Uniracers.

Wait a week or so, the snes mini will be cracked. Then you can add whatever game you would like.

I was one of the lucky ones. Went to Walmart at 8:30 before work, they had three left. Was going to wait in line at Eb games but thought I would check Walmart first.

I went to 5 Shoppers Drug Mart locations, two before work (8 AM) and they were both like, " huh.......... what ?"
Showed them the flyer and they said they might arrive that day @ about 4pm. Went after work, still nadda !
A few locations told me they had 3 and they were gone A.S.A.P !

i'm on the look out too. I might start calling stores daily... We live near each other if I find anything ill let you know. If i find more than one ill buy them and give you one for the actual retail price.

I've been looking @ resale to get one of these, but the prices are still kinda crazy.
I had tracked one down (open & used) for $130 in Oshawa. But I was unable to get out that night (blame the wife) and he sold it by the morning.
The wife said she heard Toys-R-Us was getting a restock, so I tried 1 location & 2 Shoppers...but nadda ! Still no luck getting one.

Has Nintendo provided an OFFICIAL restock date ? I just keep hearing by the holidays.
