Just get a SD cart from Terraonion. You can put all the games on there and be done with it. If you want something for your shelf, just put up some empty shockboxes. Buy a Tesla with your savings.

I would avoid eBay if possible. Your best bet is to get involved in the neo geo community forums and go from there.
