pretty sure the board will boot up without a fan..... it may be toast? any other cabs in your area to test it on?

I would suggest checking the voltages, is the cab power set for north american standards or does it need to be adjusted? (not sure where the cab is from) if voltages are good, I would suggest a separate USB plug for the pi do you have access to a Naomi cart and Naomi 1 mother board? perhaps a Namco ...

I was hoping it would use an original PS chip, since they did the work years ago to put it all on a chip yeah? wasn't it the DVD controller for PS2 and 3? any way, if it was that and had an online store maybe, but no all around.

space, disposable income for sure... also hitting that nostalgia window where people tend to go after their dreams.... like Atari and NES before it let alone countless toys from the 70's and 80's they all spike up, then the best or rarest keep going up.... I'm shocked at the run on Candy cabs lately...
