FMV on odd formats?

So I have recently started down a rabbit hole of DVD games for DVD players...
Some are hard as hell to find like Dracula Unleashed.
But I have a question for the hive mind regarding VCD's.
Is there any FMV or Interactive games on VCD?

This question stems from stumbling on other interactive media from
Japan; Animeplay,
Russian IDVD FMV,
England; IDVD or DVD games,
Canada; Choose your own adventure,
DVD Game, DVD boadgames,
USA: Choose your own Miss-adventure, Nuon games, CD-I games.
