Wtb 18 wheeler cart and naomi mobo

Hi everyone. Its been a while!

Im working on an 18 Wheeler deluxe and after testing the cart and naomi motherboard in a working Crazy Taxi its pretty obvious they are both bad.

Id like to find working replacements for both. If i cant perhaps someone here knows whos good a fixing these.
