Need help with a Touchmaster 8000

I have a TouchMaster 8000 that is displaying a mess of graphics along with no sound and the fan not working. The sound used to work earlier this year but just died and the fan never worked. The LED indicators on the board are lit saying that it is working properly but that is obviously not the case. Not sure if this helps but it looks to be a conversion because the serials on the board and cabinet do not match. Main issue I want to fix is the graphics. I can send more pics or add videos to the google drive if required. Any help is appreciated.
